Learning about mindfulness. I love the free app "smiling mind." It explains mindfulness, has activities, lead you in meditations ranging from 3min to 45 min. I have found with daily mindfulness I now sleep through the night for the first time in my life. The calm my body and brain have experienced has permeated my entire life both day and night.
