The purpose of this exercise is to help you remember all the tools you are learning, through these 3-minute podcasts.
There are three types of people when it comes to information. One type of listener will listen and then quickly forget the information. The second type of person listens and stores the information, but never really uses it. The third type of person listens, uses a tool to help them remember and actively applies the information to their life
You get to choose what you do with this information. We hope you find it helpful and even valuable enough to remember and apply.
That is why we are going to suggest that you create a toolbox. Here are a couple ways you can do this.
The first suggestion is to put together a notebook. This is really easy to do. Just go to one of our web sites. Copy and print individually each written strategy and put each one in your notebook (or toolbox). That way you have all the strategies in one place. This makes the tools easy to find, remember and use.
The second type of toolbox is using the audio recordings. Simply download the audio onto you mp3 player or phone and listen to them whenever you need a strategy refresher. Many people like listening to them while they are driving to and from work.
Keep your tools in your very own toolbox so they will be easy to find whenever you need one.
We will keep the tools coming. You create the toolbox to store them in.
