As a Life Coach, coaching adults & professionals, I am concerned with achieving results, yet some of the most powerful coaching is about discovery, awareness, and choice.

Great reasons people come to coaching is their desire; "to do something more meaningful"
" to find their passion & life's purpose" and/or "to discover & begin their new next step"  


Life Coaching has the ability to transform people to levels they never thought possible!



From day one,  life coaching focuses on the client.
​People participate in or seek out life coaching because they want things to be different.  They are looking for change or they have important goals to reach.

People come to  life coaching for lots of individual reasons.
​They are motivated to achieve specific goals; to write a book, to start a new career, to have a healthier body. They come to coaching in order to be more effective or more satisfied at work or to develop new skills.  Sometimes people want more from life - more peace of mind, more security, more fun, more impact in their work. And sometimes they want less - less confusion, less stress, less financial pressure.  In general, they come to coaching because they want a better quality of life - more fulfillment, better balance - or a different process for accomplishing their life desires.

Life coaching is a way of effectively empowering individuals to find their own answers, encouraging and supporting people on the path as they continue to make important life-changing choices.

Every situation has possibilities and people have the power of choice in their lives.
As a Life Coach, I listen. Not only to the words but also to what is behind the words, and even to the spaces between the words. As a coach, I am someone who is intent on receiving everything that person communicates.

My goal is to help people create what they say they want and then support them with the follow through that they choose.  
​I hold people accountable and keep them moving forward toward their dreams and goals. My intention is to help people live lives of meaning and purpose.
