Taking Action - Leads to Creating a Habit

First identify the “most” important action.
Then notice: What gets in the way, is our “feeling”
We choose to do the things we “feel” like doing – this gets us in trouble!!

Good News! We can train ourselves to do what we need to do vs. what we feel like doing.
1st – Notice, and then shift from what we feel like doing, to noticing what we need to do
2nd – Lead with the body – our body is more controllable than our mind

Ex. “just show up” exercise – the first step to exercise is to just dress up, “show up” and then do what you want. Show up and take the very smallest steps that offer very little resistance.
*You are building momentum that will lead to creating a Habit.

Who is on your team?

I love to think about the power of people! Who supports, encourages & energizes you?
Who is on your team?
There are usually about 20 people that we spend most of our time with & the vast majority of our time is spent with just 5. Are the people you spend time with successful, supportive, fun inspirational, energizing?
