We can train ourselves to do what we need to do vs. what we feel like doing. 1st – Notice, and then shift from what we feel like doing, to noticing what we need to do 2nd – Lead with the body – our body is more controllable than our mind Ex. “just show up” exercise – the first step to exercise is to just dress up, “show up” and then do what you want. Show up and take the very smallest steps that offer very little resistance. *You are building momentum that will lead to creating a Habit.
