The GROW Model

The Grow Model is something positive to reflect on while pondering "what's next?"

Four easy questions to ask yourself:
  • What do I want?        Goal
  • What is happening?  Reality
  • What could I do?       Options
  • What will I do!            Will

If you would like to explore further, please feel free to reach out, coaching really helps clear a path that leads to action & future success.  All my best, Melissa

Self-Exploration: Let's get started!

Step 1: Explore your own dreams & goals
Do this to get a lot of clarity on what you really, really want!
  • Take time to dream a bit
  • look back on childhood successes
  • look at current dreams & goals
  • look for patterns!

A few questions you may ask yourself:
  1. If you could have anything at all, what would it be?
  2. What dreams did you have when you were young?
  3. What would you be doing if you knew you absolutely could not fail?
  4. If you did not have to work for a living, what would you be doing?
  5. What dream or vision would cause you to wake up excited every morning?
  6. What special work do you see yourself here to do?
  7. What is it that your really, really want?

You will know you are on track when you feel energy and clarity toward your vision.
You are  truly committed to it. And you notice, your new goal is in line with who you are; it lines up with your values.

Keeping a journal to answer these questions would be a great start to a wonderful new year!
 All my best, Melissa
