​My goal for 2016 is to begin an informative action-oriented coaching blog.  The desire is to share up-to-date information, which will lead to activating a plan and forward motion.

A great way to start, is to look at this step by step process:
  1. Exploring your own dreams & goals
  2. Clarifying your value & meaning of the goal
  3. Developing your strategy
  4. Getting into action
  5. Making it matter
  6. Building your structure
  7. Celebrating!   

For the next several weeks, we will be exploring these 7 steps to getting into action.
